<p>West Boylston Public Schools is seeking a qualified and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct and consultative services to students across the district. The SLP will support students requiring speech and language services to improve communication skills, achieve IEP goals, and access the general education curriculum and school environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual, small group, and classroom-based settings </li><li>Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication disorders </li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) </li><li>Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student progress </li><li>Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and track progress toward goals </li><li>Manage caseload effectively while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation </li><li>Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions </li><li>Provide consultation to staff to support communication strategies within the classroom </li><li>Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of communication disorders </li><li>Active participation in prevention, identification, assessment, and evaluation processes </li><li>Strong collaboration with IEP team members for eligibility determination, service delivery, and progress monitoring </li><li>Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions </li><li>Flexibility to perform additional job-related duties as assigned </li></ul>
