The FOH Team Member is responsible for the daily interactions with our guests and consistently delivering remarkable hospitality in alignment with our vision and purpose.</p> <p>The FOH Team Member is primarily responsible for:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Delivering remarkable hospitality</p> </li><li> <p>Working with a sense of urgency and accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting other restaurant team members and leaders</p> </li></ol> <p>Primary Tasks and Responsibilities</p> <p>The FOH Team Member, under the direction and supervision of the Front of House Shift Manager, is responsible for the following:</p> <p>Delivering remarkable hospitality</p> <ul> <li>Welcome and greet guests </li><li>Take and prepare orders in the front counter or drive-thru </li><li>Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and team member workstations </li><li>Anticipate guests' needs and deliver 2nd mile service </li><li>Observe health and sanitation guidelines </li><li>Ensure each guests leaves a smile </li></ul> <p>Working with a sense of urgency and accuracy</p> <ul> <li>Perform all tasks and responsibilities to the best of your ability and with a sense of urgency </li><li>Execute and fulfill all guest orders and leadership instruction accurately </li></ul> <p>Supporting other restaurant team members and leaders</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a positive attitude and assume the best intention of other team members and leaders </li><li>Be willing to help and support other team members and leaders with their tasks and responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Required Passions</p> <ul> <li>Desire to work on a winning team </li><li>Learning and getting better </li><li>Serving others </li></ul> <p>Required Eligibility Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be friendly, trustworthy, and demonstrate a positive attitude </li><li>Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date </li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States </li><li>Must have a source of reliable transportation </li><li>Must be able to lift over 30 pounds </li><li>Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low </li><li>Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required </li><li>Must be able to work in a hot, noisy and fast paced environment </li><li>Mobility required during shifts </li><li>Must work well under pressure </li><li>Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently </li></ul> <p>How will this role help you?</p> <ul> <li>Ability to gain interpersonal skills due to high repetition of face-to-face interactions with guests and other team members </li><li>Life and work experience </li><li>Opportunity to work in a positive and friendly environment </li><li>Opportunity to grow and learn leadership skills </li><li>Work and learn from a local Chick-fil-A Operator </li><li>Competitive pay </li><li>Sundays off </li><li>Scholarship Opportunities </li><li>Community Involvement Opportunities </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
