<p>Kforce has a client in Anaheim, CA that is seeking a Data Pipeline Solutions Owner.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end delivery of complex data pipeline projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes aligned with business needs </li><li>The Data Pipeline Solutions Owner will lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence </li><li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure deliverables meet both technical and stakeholder expectations </li><li>Oversee and manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks effectively to align with business priorities and technical capacity </li><li>Be hands-on with architecture, design, and development of modern data pipelines using cloud and on-premise technologies </li><li>Run agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain work tracking in Jira </li><li>Provide clear, business-friendly updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li><li>Ensure data pipelines are designed for performance, scalability, and maintainability </li><li>The Data Pipeline Solutions Owner will manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and roadblocks proactively </li><li>Foster continuous improvement in team processes, tooling, and technical standards* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes </li><li>2+ years of experience leading data engineering teams or managing technical delivery across multiple workstreams </li><li>Deep knowledge of SQL, Python, cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Kafka, etc.) </li><li>Strong experience with Jira, sprint planning, and Agile project management methodologies </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise, value-driven updates to business stakeholders </li><li>Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines </li><li>Experience working closely with data consumers (BI teams, analysts, business units) to deliver data products that drive business outcomes </li><li>Strong understanding of data governance, security, and quality best practices </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries </li><li>Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus </li><li>Experience with CI/CD and DevOps for data pipelines is a plus </li></ul>
