Responsibilities include oversight of transcription, scheduling, billing and collections, and medical records management.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise, train, and evaluate office staff</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee daily operations including scheduling, billing, transcription, and records</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with medical and administrative protocols</p> </li><li> <p>Support physicians and staff in delivering high-quality patient care</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent years of experience)</p> </li><li> <p>5-7 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in an office supervisory role is required</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and advanced coding principles</p> </li></ul>
