Creates an environment for staff growth, development,</p> <p>career planning, productivity and satisfaction by conducting staff meetings and one-on-one</p> <p>meetings at least monthly with all direct reports</p> <ul> <li>Establish effective mechanisms of communication with staff and the management team to foster an </li></ul> <p>environment of openness, trust, teamwork and staff development.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education: Associates Degree or courses leading to a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Business</p> <p>Experience: 5+ years relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Control</p> <p>License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.</p>
