This position is responsible for assisting the PC Techs with various technology objectives and projects.</p> <p>Essential Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform computer, desktop phone, mobile device, and printer endpoint imaging, inventory, installation, relocation, and functional verification </li><li>Assist PC Techs and system administrator teams with trouble shooting and resolution of issues </li><li>Partner with PC Techs and admins to learn and support multiple systems at a helpdesk level I </li><li>Create, update, and resolve helpdesk tickets and ensure ticket documentation is maintained appropriately </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education: High school diploma or GED </li><li>Licensure and Certifications: Valid Arkansas drivers license and auto liability insurance, required. Certification in CompTia A+ and/or Network+, preferred. </li><li>Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferred. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment: This position will spend 60% of time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment and 40% of time standing and/or walking while pushing, pulling, lifting, and/or carrying up to 50 lbs.</p> <p>Qualifications</p>
