Sales Associates are not only there</p> <p>to help customers find items in the store, but they are there to help narrow down choices and help the</p> <p>customers make that final decision!</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <p>Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.</p> <p>Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.</p> <p>Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance.</p> <p>Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.</p> <p>Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.</p> <p>Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.</p> <p>Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.</p> <p>Prepares reports documenting work performed.</p> <p>Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.</p> <p>Engaging and inspiring customers in every way; greet customers as soon as they are encountered</p> <p>Assisting customers in the store as well as on the phone</p> <p>Fronting, stocking, and merchandising products</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Minimum</p> <p>Be at least 18 years old</p> <p>Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.</p> <p>Organized with attention to detail.</p> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment</p> <p>Experience using a computer</p> <p>Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members</p> <p>Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise</p> <p>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time</p> <p>Clean and approachable appearance</p> <p>Availability must be flexible to the needs of the business</p> <p>Company Introduction</p> <p>We are your local hardware store and we are a part of your community.
