You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.</p> <p>Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects</p> <p>As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC or Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.</p> <p>THE WORK:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>You'll develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for complex transportation and infrastructure projects. </li><li>You'll review and analyze baseline schedules to ensure logical sequencing, proper resource loading, and compliance with contract requirements. </li><li>You'll perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and evaluate schedule delays, changes, and claims in accordance with industry best practices. </li><li>You'll monitor schedule performance and identify potential schedule risks, critical path impacts, and mitigation strategies. </li><li>You'll coordinate with project managers, construction managers, engineers, and contractors to validate schedule assumptions and progress updates. </li><li>You'll review contractor schedules, recovery schedules, and schedule updates for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with specifications. </li><li>You'll provide schedule reporting including critical path analysis, float evaluation, variance analysis, and forecasting. </li><li>You'll support monthly progress meetings by presenting schedule status, impacts, and recommended corrective actions. </li><li>You'll assist in developing schedule narratives, schedule risk assessments, and schedule recovery plans to support project objectives. </li><li>You'll ensure integration of multiple project components-including tunneling operations, rail systems, structures, and roadway improvements-within the overall program schedule. </li><li>Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. </li><li>With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. </li></ul> <p>$140,000 - $220,000 a year</p> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.</p> <p>We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>HERE'S WHAT YOU'll NEED:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of ten (10) years of scheduling experience on large civil projects </li><li>Minimum of ten (10) years experience with P6 Scheduling Program </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience) </li><li></li></ul> <p>BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Construction Management or Business or other related field is desirable </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software </li><li>Strong experience with transportation infrastructure projects, including transit, tunneling, highways, and heavy civil construction </li><li>Demonstrated experience performing Time Impact Analysis and delay analysis </li><li>Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling principles </li><li>Experience reviewing baseline schedules, schedule updates, recovery schedules, and contractor submissions </li><li>Ability to analyze schedule performance and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present schedule analysis to project leadership and stakeholders </li><li>Professional certifications such as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) or AACE certification </li><li>Experience working with public agencies such as transportation authorities, transit agencies, or DOTs </li><li>Experience supporting design-build, CM/GC, or alternative delivery infrastructure projects </li><li>Familiarity with schedule integration across multiple contracts or program-level scheduling. </li></ul> <p>Locations</p> <p>Los Angeles, CA</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Requesting an Accommodation</p> <p>Accenture is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for persons with disabilities or religious observances, including reasonable accommodation when needed.
