Professionals receiving a doctoral degree in psychology should be capable of extending psychological knowledge and exhibiting the high level of analytic skills and theoretical understanding needed to use existing and emerging psychological knowledge.</p> <p>Posting Summary</p> <p>Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - Per diem for the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP).</p> <p>Among the key duties of the position are the following:</p> <ul> <li>Provides mental health assessment training and supervision for clinical psychology doctoral students in the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) Center for Psychological Services & Center for Youth Social Emotional Wellness Emerging Adult Clinic. </li><li>Reviews recordings of diagnostic interviews and provide feedback, support students with diagnostic conceptualization, and edit and finalize assessment reports and recommendations. Meets with students to provide supervision on delivery of the feedback session, including explaining the evaluation procedures, findings, and recommendations. </li><li>Ensures that all CYSEW emerging adult clinic policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed and provide consistent regular monitoring and feedback about practicum student adherence to the SOP. </li><li>Ensures clinical documentation in Therasoft is completed in a timely manner. </li></ul> <p>FLSA Nonexempt Salary Details $50 - $55/hourly Offer Information</p> <p>The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position.
