Start Date: August 18, 2026</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provides social skills instruction and reinforcement within both formal (i.e. small-group) and informal (i.e. activity-based) structures </li><li>Observes, collects data, and evaluates (as appropriate) students' progress toward achieving IEP goals and objectives </li><li>Implements effective behavioral strategies and techniques for the purpose of facilitating appropriate social interactions between identified students and their typical peers </li><li>Works with staff to modify and accommodate students with special needs to facilitate their access to activities, field trips, recreational opportunities, etc. </li><li>Supervises paraprofessional staff to support student participation (as necessary) </li><li>Performs other duties as appropriate and assigned by the Director of Pupil Services or his/her Designee </li></ul>
