In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this 222 unit community meet both company standards and applicable laws.</p> <p>As a Multi-site Service Manager, you will be expected to:</p> <p>Establish and manage a 24-hour on-call schedule for multiple sites; respond as necessary.</p> <p>Adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule for all property equipment and apartment systems across multiple sites.</p> <p>Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians through diagnosing problems and providing a resolution.</p> <p>Mentor and guide maintenance technicians to increase their overall knowledge base and skill set.</p> <p>Partner with office team members to provide exceptional service and follow-up to our residents on any maintenance issues that may arise.</p> <p>Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials.</p> <p>Establish a preventive maintenance schedule, make-ready schedule and general work order schedule for team.</p> <p>Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units.</p> <p>Compensation & Incentives</p> <p>Base Pay: $63,000 - $72,000</p> <p>Up to 50% Rent Discount</p> <p>Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions</p> <p>Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly</p> <p>On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone</p> <p>Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits</p> <p>401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match</p> <p>Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave</p> <p>Hours & Schedule</p> <p>Monday - Friday: 8-5pm</p> <p>Paid rotating on-call participation required</p> <p>Must be available and prepared for emergency events</p> <ul> <li>Schedule subject to change based on business needs </li></ul> <p>What we'll expect from you:</p> <p>Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle.</p> <p>HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.</p> <p>One-year certificate, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.</p>
