They should be goal-oriented, possess proficient skills in Excel and computing, display enthusiasm, be open to coaching, exhibit reliability, and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication. A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Some work experience including call handling and product marketing is preferred.
