<p>Description</p> <p>Terrace Green is seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance HVAC to join our team!</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a skilled professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining the highest standards for our apartment community.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner </li><li>Paint and pick up grounds </li><li>Painting </li><li>Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair </li><li>Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements </li><li>Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas </li><li>Provide residents with outstanding customer service </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>HVAC - EPA required </li><li>At least 2 plus of onsite experience </li><li>Property maintenance experience required </li><li>Strong knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and painting </li><li>Possess valid Identification </li><li>Full Time Position </li></ul> <p>Our Perks & Benefits:</p> <p>Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
