Since 1979, we have grown from a regional, two-person office to the industry-leading manufacturer of Fabric Structures and Greenhouses with over 30,000 products distributed through direct marketing, three online stores and two lead-generation websites. Via Clearspan.com and GrowSpan.com, we receive hundreds of Warm Sales Leads per week for both Structure and Greenhouse.</p> <p>The role of Sales Lead Qualifier is to optimize the Contact Rate of Leads Received to Quotes and Orders Created. Working with Sales Managers and Consultative Sales Specialists, ClearSpan & GrowSpan Lead Qualifiers connect with new Customers to clarify Building and Greenhouse Details, allowing Sales Team Members to Engineer the ideal Solutions for each New Sales Opportunity.</p> <p>We are looking for an outgoing individual who will be the first friendly voice our customers will hear. After welcoming new Customers, the Qualifier will help clarify design details and maintain organizational skills to relay this information to the assigned Primary Sales Contact. The ideal candidate will enjoy frequent conversations with New Customers and work well in a Team Environment.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.</p> <ul> <li>Receive warm Sales Leads from Internet Quote Inquiry Forms and Phone Queues. </li><li>Organize Sales Leads and Customer Contacts using ESAPCO's CRM System. </li><li>Re-contact Sales Leads from un-responsive Prospects to optimize Lead Contact Rate. </li><li>Ask basic questions specific to Prospects in Target Industries to help clarify design specs. </li><li>Maintain consistent communication with Sales Managers and Sales Team Members to help assign Primary Sales Contacts to Qualified Sales Leads. </li><li>Facilitate warm Live Transfers to Sales Team Members who will serve as Primary Sales Contacts. </li><li>Organize lists of Lead Contacts through ESAPCO's CRM System and MS Outlook. </li><li>Attend all Sales and Industry meetings. </li><li>Update all Google Earth revisions for the sales team. </li><li>Monitor and maintain sales faxes. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>Competencies</p> <p>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Business Acumen - Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals. </li><li>Judgement - Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions. </li><li>Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules their tasks; Develops realistic action plans for meeting metrics. </li><li>Professionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Follows through on commitments. </li><li>Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change or unexpected events. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <p>Minimum of bachelor's degree (or equivalent from four-year college or technical school) or 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>Language Skills</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. </li><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. </li><li>Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees in the organization. </li></ul> <p>Reasoning Ability</p> <ul> <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. </li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. </li><li>Skilled in time management and problem solving. </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. </li></ul> <p>Computer Skills</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Order Processing systems, Microsoft Office Suites, and the ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm.
