<p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an Imagery Analyst to support mission-focused imagery analysis for national security customers. The analyst will apply imagery exploitation techniques, produce high-quality analytic products, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the Intelligence Community (IC). This role requires strong foundational tradecraft, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced operational environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform imagery analysis using national GEOINT sources to identify and characterize mission-relevant objects and locations. </li><li>Support time-sensitive and routine production requirements across multiple mission sets. </li><li>Conduct mensuration and basic geospatial analysis to support reporting and targeting requirements. </li><li>Support quality control reviews and adhere to established production timelines. </li><li>Collaborate with analysts and mission partners to address analytic challenges and improve workflows. </li><li>Participate in training events, tradecraft discussions, and professional development activities. </li><li>Maintain documentation and analytic records in accordance with organizational standards. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI clearance. </li><li>Candidates must either possess an active CI Polygraph at the time of hire or be willing and eligible to obtain and maintain one as a condition of continued employment. </li><li>3+ years of relevant imagery analysis or GEOINT experience. </li><li>Experience conducting imagery exploitation using standard analytic tools and systems. </li><li>Working knowledge of GEOINT fundamentals, imagery interpretation, and geospatial analysis techniques. </li><li>Experience graphical intelligence products for operational or strategic customers. </li><li>Familiarity with common geospatial or analytic tools (e.g., GIS platforms, imagery viewers, analytic databases). </li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment. </li><li>Completed an Imagery Analysis Course. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven setting. </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with multiple sensor types (EO, IR, SAR, or FMV). </li><li>Experience supporting time-sensitive or high-priority mission requirements. </li><li>Experience collaborating across organizations or with external partners. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Geospatial Intelligence, Geography, Intelligence Studies, Remote Sensing, or similar). </li></ul>
