<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Teaches assigned classes in Criminal Justice by providing systematically planned and delivered instruction; to design and develop curriculum, advise students and evaluate performance.</p> <p>Plans and implements classroom instruction.</p> <p>Reviews, evaluates, and revises course objectives, materials and course syllabi with other faculty members as needed.</p> <p>Serves as academic advisor to students and participates in recruitment and retention activities.</p> <p>Serves on institutional teams as assigned.</p> <p>Participates in professional development activities as per Individual Professional Development Plan.</p> <p>Maintains records of student academic progress and attendance, evaluates level of achievement, communicates with students and assigns grades.</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>Master's degree in Criminal Justice or a Master's Degree with 18 graduate hours in Criminal Justice.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Previous Law Enforcement experience is preferred.</p> <p>Additional Comments</p> <p>The application review will begin June 1, 2026.</p>
