You'll actively participate in cross-functional teams, ensuring design is embedded throughout the product development lifecycle. </li><li>Design & Rapid Prototyping: Transform user insights into intuitive, engaging design solutions. Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with both user needs and business goals. </li><li>Design System Maintenance: Help design, grow, and maintain robust and scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across all products. </li><li>Advocate for the User: Champion usability and accessibility by incorporating feedback, usability test results, and user data into design iterations. Help ensure product decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. </li><li>Communicate & Align: Clearly articulate design rationale, research findings, and user journeys to stakeholders and team members.
