As part of the Rheem family, we're stronger than ever and committed to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Building respectful relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Acting with integrity</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritizing service to others</p> </li><li> <p>Striving for excellence</p> </li></ul> <p>Step into an environment where innovation meets opportunity, and where you can grow with a company that values both its employees and its customers!</p> <p>The Supervisor, Operations oversees warehouse operations at a company location working closely with the Branch Manager, which includes receiving, stocking, and shipping as well as directly managing the warehouse team while ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse.</p> <p>This position will serve our Rheem Midwest Distribution Division, located in West Allis, WI.</p> <ul> <li>Plan and oversee warehouse and delivery operations to deliver outstanding customer service and employee safety </li><li>Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure consistency in branch culture and communication </li><li>Recruit and onboard new hires with the support of the Human Resources team </li><li>Train and mentor team to support ongoing development and growth </li><li>Oversee the cycle counting process at the location ensuring completion and accuracy </li><li>Maintain physical facility to ensure safety, protect against loss, and represent a professional company image </li><li>Develop and implement standard operating procedures </li><li>Manage branch inventory levels by working with other Design Air locations and the Purchasing team </li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining a budget for company location </li><li>May be required to perform the various warehousing and delivery tactical roles when needed </li><li>All other duties and project work as assigned </li><li>5+ years of a strong background in warehouse operations, delivery, shipping and receiving, and inventory required </li><li>HVAC industry experience a plus, but not required </li><li>Warehouse management experience preferred </li><li>Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred </li><li>Must be able to work independently with minimal direction </li><li>Ability to delegate tasks when necessary </li><li>Good judgment and decision-making skills </li><li>Willingness to work with customers, contractors, and employees in a professional manner </li><li>Excellent people management skills, including employee and customer relations, recruiting, training, and development </li><li>Great communication skills with the ability and desire to influence and a lead a team </li><li>High level of organization and follow through </li><li>Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </li><li>Willingness to own and lead projects </li></ul> <p>As a leader at Rheem, how you achieve results is as important as the results you achieve.
