Juliet, TN is seeking a part-time Tween Ministry Coordinator to lead our vibrant ministry for 4th-6th graders!</p> <p>We are a welcoming, inclusive congregation focused on creating meaningful intergenerational connections and nurturing a lifelong faith journey. At Grace, you'll find a warm, supportive community that believes ministry with young people should be full of joy, creativity, and purpose.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>The Tween Ministry Coordinator will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Sunday morning Sunday school for tweens (4th-6th grade) </li><li>Plan and lead monthly Wednesday night gatherings </li><li>Organize and oversee special events and retreats for tweens </li><li>Work collaboratively with our Intergenerational Ministries team to develop lesson content (curriculum provided for Sunday mornings) </li><li>Recruit and support volunteers for tween ministry events </li><li>Attend a weekly planning meeting with the ministry staff </li></ul> <p>This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Active participation in the life of the congregation, including worship and special events, is expected.</p> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be energetic, relational, organized, and passionate about helping tweens feel seen, known, and loved.
