They work closely with the General Manager and other team members to maintain high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. This role is a steppingstone for aspiring managers, offering valuable experience, and training for future leadership positions within the company.</p> <p>Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Assisting the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling. </li><li>Supervising and training team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures, and providing feedback and coaching. </li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation guidelines. </li><li>Managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. </li><li>Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve goals. </li><li>Performing administrative tasks and inventory management. </li></ul> <p>Assume the role and responsibilities of acting General Manager (GM) in the GM's absence, ensuring continuity of operations</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry. </li><li>Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff. </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. </li><li>Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. </li><li>A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p>
