<p>How You Will Make an Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Assess training needs onsite and skill gaps to design the training program for the field team. </li><li>Work with the Regional Operations Manager to understand the training needs of the field team. </li><li>Ensure all training needs align with SOPs and company policies. </li><li>Conduct hands-on training sessions for employees related to different process areas as well as any process changes/updates. </li><li>Organize training sessions with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in different process areas of the logistics team. </li><li>Utilize various training methods including classroom style instructions, e-learning, on the job coaching. </li><li>Build course materials such as slide decks, lab handouts, lecture manuals, assessments, and reference guides. </li><li>Oversee the onboarding program for new hires, ensuring they receive proper technical knowledge before engaging in operations. </li><li>Oversee and implement the cross-training program for the existing employees (field team). </li><li>Maintain the cross-training matrix for the field team. </li><li>Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of training completion, certifications, and ongoing skill development. </li><li>Conduct regular assessments, feedback sessions, and refresher courses to enhance employee knowledge and skills. </li><li>Work closely with Quality Assurance Leads to align training with audit findings and performance improvement initiatives. </li><li>Recommend training enhancements based on field observations and employee performance metrics. </li><li>Work with the Regional Operations Manager and HR to ensure training needs support business goals. </li><li>Liaise with the external training providers or certification bodies when necessary. </li><li>Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Need to Succeed:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years' experience in Learning and Development </li><li>In depth knowledge of logistics, warehouse management and inventory control. </li><li>Understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in supply chain and technical operations. </li><li>Familiarity with training technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning platforms. </li><li>Experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals. </li><li>Proactive in identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to close them. </li><li>Ability to track training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms. </li><li>Strong instructional design capabilities to create effective training programs. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges through training. </li><li>Ability to conduct hands-on, classroom, and virtual training sessions. </li><li>Excellent presentation, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and writing skills are require </li><li>Curiosity and passion for learning. </li><li>Ability to effectively collaborate and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders </li><li>Should have an exemplary customer service mindset, be highly motivated, and a team player </li><li>Ability to convey ideas both verbally and in written form, work independently, and prioritize job responsibilities </li><li>Available and able to travel </li></ul> <p>#LI-TK3</p>
