<p>The Maintenance Technician Team Leader is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art corporate campus. We are looking for someone with 3 years of facilities or commercial construction leadership. Your knowledge and skills will be tested and developed leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians that are responsible for carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, and more across nearly 2 Million square feet of commercial office space.</p> <p>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate with Building Engineers on tasks throughout the building</p> </li><li> <p>Lead team in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and painting</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritizing workload for team, ensuring proper communication with stakeholders and timelines for completion</p> </li><li> <p>Being proactive scheduling and maintain routine maintenance, as well as identifying work that needs to be done</p> </li><li> <p>Providing courteous, high-quality service to team members by personally responding to requests for service</p> </li><li> <p>Providing any needed assistance to team members, vendors, and visitors</p> </li><li> <p>Preparedness on any emergency situations in each building</p> </li><li> <p>Monday through Friday hours, however, may be required to work nights, days, holidays and weekends</p> </li><li> <p>Meeting the physical requirements of the job and the ability to work in the environmental conditions listed below to perform common Team Leader functions and duties</p> </li><li> <p>Performing all duties in a safe manner, following all safety procedures</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</p> <p>Must Have Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Working knowledge of commercial carpentry, electrical, and plumbing</p> </li><li> <p>Construction background</p> </li><li> <p>Team Lead experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledgeable use of tools of the trade required</p> </li><li> <p>Meet all legal requirements to be able to work in the United States</p> </li><li> <p>Must demonstrate good moral fitness and ethical standards</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with team members, vendors and the public, to understand and follow standard operating procedures, to perform duties in a professional manner</p> </li><li> <p>Make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Must be detailed oriented and have satisfactory literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities. Must be proficient at computer based programs in Microsoft and web-based platforms</p> </li></ul> <p>Meet minimum requirements set by insurer to drive a company vehicle:</p> <ul> <li>No moving traffic violations in the past 3 years.
