<p>We are seeking candidates for a Property Manager to support our portfolio of residential properties in Worcester, MA. You will oversee two sites totaling about 100 units of family housing, and you will support other sites in the portfolio occasionally. Your duties and responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Oversight of the day-to-day operations of the properties under the direction of the Senior Property Manager and Regional Property Manager. </li><li>Supervising on-site staff, including administrative, maintenance, and resident services staff. </li><li>Ensuring sites are ready to pass audits from the city, investors, and subsidy agencies. </li><li>Processing bills and ensuring timely payments. </li><li>Performing recertification calculations. </li><li>Rent collections and check deposits. </li><li>Subsidy deposits. </li><li>Processing rent increases. </li><li>Reviewing monthly financials and completing variance reports. </li><li>Resolving resident concerns. </li><li>Processing applications and maintaining waitlists. </li></ul> <p>The work hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday.</p> <p>We are looking for someone with great communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy to join our management team.</p> <ul> <li>Two years of experience at the Property Manager level, or equivalent, is required for consideration in this position. </li><li>Previous experience in LIHTC, MRVP, and Section 8 program administration is also required. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Experience with Yardi would be a plus. </li><li>COS, CPO, C3P, or equivalent certification is preferred. </li><li>Bilingual Spanish/English would be a plus. </li><li>A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required. </li></ul>
