This position is on-site, with some travel required, and we are looking for people who share our passion.</p> <p>Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and execute Uline's safety program across our network of 14 Distribution Centers in four states across the United States.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and ensure our program meets both legal requirements and Uline's standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop a team of safety professionals with a drive for continuous improvement and excellent communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist the Corporate Safety Team with on-site distribution center visits and site improvement audits.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Human Resources to manage worker's compensation claims.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Safety Management or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>3 - 5 years of warehouse safety program management experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.</p> </li><li> <p>OSHA experience on a state or federal level preferred.
