<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Procurement Operations & Travel Specialist in San Francisco, CA.</p> <p>Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Operations & Travel Specialist to support cross-functional business operations, procurement processes, and corporate travel programs. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and customer support across multiple business functions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own SLA and KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Support the Travel Advisory Board and manage policy updates as needed </li><li>Lead team development initiatives and assist with audit preparation and response </li><li>Provide procurement and operational consulting to Sales and Field organizations </li><li>Manage budgets, vendor disputes, and ad hoc internal communications </li><li>Source and negotiate hotel, airline, and event travel partnerships (room blocks, etc.) </li><li>Lead vendor contract negotiations in collaboration with stakeholders and Legal </li><li>Oversee vendor renewals calendar, vendor scoring, and stakeholder communications </li><li>Manage end-to-end procurement process flows and performance metrics </li><li>Support contract signature workflows and documentation tracking </li><li>Deliver procurement and travel-related customer support, including expense exceptions (Coupa) </li><li>Facilitate vendor onboarding and contract reviews (including stamping for events/hospitality) </li><li>Provide proactive and reactive support for travel disruptions and system issues* 3-5+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or a related field </li><li>Experience with tools like Coupa and familiarity with corporate travel systems such as Navan </li><li>Strong understanding of procurement workflows, contract management, and vendor relations </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Highly organized, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>
