<p>Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>This position provides support for the coordination and execution of research studies conducted at the Medical Center.</p> <ul> <li>Key responsibilities include assisting with participant recruitment and enrollment, facilitating grant-related activities, collecting research data, and supporting overall study operations. </li><li>The role also serves as a point of contact for the Institutional Review Board (IRB), the Research on Decedents Oversight Committee, and both internal and external funding agencies. </li><li>The coordinator helps ensure that all research activities are carried out in compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), HIPAA regulations, and all other relevant requirements protecting patients, subjects, decedents, investigators, and research sponsors. </li><li>The role involves direct interaction with patients, study participants, and Principal Investigators, particularly in support of clinical trials. This position operates under general supervision. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in life sciences, allied health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>2 years of clinical research experience </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>Phlebotomy experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Maryville, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
