<p>CTG is seeking to fill a Process and Technology Business Analyst opening for our client in New London, CT. Location: New London, CT Duration: 90 days Duties: Lead and support business process assessments, modeling, and visioning activities. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables. Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and status updates. Translate business needs into actionable recommendations and process improvements. Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Contribute to change management and process transition strategies. Manage consulting project activities, deliverables, and timeline adherence. Skills: Strong process analysis and modeling capabilities. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent organizational and facilitation skills. Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Experience: Proven experience in a dual-role capacity involving business analysis and project management. Demonstrated success delivering high-quality deliverables under tight timelines. Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is required. Experience in process consulting and stakeholder engagement. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field is required. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
