<p>Title: Senior UAT Tester</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, NC</p> <p>Minneapolis, MN</p> <p>Duration: 24 months</p> <p>Work Engagement: W2</p> <p>Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the full UAT lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and final approval </li><li>Lead test strategy development, test case creation, and regression suite design aligned with business objectives </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to ensure acceptance criteria is achieved </li><li>Document and communicate test results, traceability matrices, and defect logs using JIRA and Octane </li><li>Participate in review sessions with business users and technology to validate functionality and gather feedback </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. </li><li>5+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or software testing in financial services or enterprise systems </li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies . </li><li>Proficiency in JIRA, Octane, and SQL. </li><li>Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle OBPM, FCUBS, and OBLM is a plus . </li><li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills </li></ul>
