<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift, Some Weekend Availability Required </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area by increasing total supply chain efficiencies for our suppliers and leading a team of front-line employees to merchandise a diverse portfolio of products to key retail accounts </li><li>As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will collaborate with the sales and delivery staff to improve processes and drive productivity while maintaining the highest levels of customer service satisfaction in retail accounts </li><li>You will utilize lean management principles to assist with the training of all merchandisers with a focus on correct merchandising techniques, waste elimination, and Company policies and procedures </li><li>You will review and analyze daily route plans and work assignments for proper workload distribution among Merchandisers </li><li>You will utilize a software system for tracking, supporting, and re-routing Merchandiser services; prioritize assignments to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree and 3 plus years of related experience with 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of related experience with 1 plus years of supervisory experience </li><li>Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements </li><li>Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis </li><li>Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
