<p>Department</p> <p>FPG Administration</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Welcome to First Physicians Group (FPG)</p> <p>We are scheduling virtual Interviews on Thursday, May 14th and Wednesday, May 20th between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.</p> <p>Hiring for Clinical Care Coordinator I (Medical Assistant) and Clinical Care Coordinator II (LPN) positions.</p> <p>Medical Assistant: $20.00 - $28.20/hr</p> <p>LPN: $24.50 - $36.50/hr</p> <ul> <li>Please note that pay rates are calculated based on years of MA or LPN work experience. </li><li>Please apply to be considered. You will be contacted for screening and to schedule a virtual interview time on May 14th or 20th with a supervisor or manager from FPG.* </li></ul> <p>You will also be emailed a request to complete a clinical assessment online that is required for all applicants with FPG. Please complete this prior to your interview date/time.</p> <p>FPG has various provider offices located in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Venice Areas areas:</p> <ul> <li>Family Medicine </li><li>Pediatrics </li><li>Internal Medicine </li><li>ENT (ear, nose and throat) </li><li>Head & Neck Surgery </li><li>GI </li><li>OB/GYN </li><li>Neurology </li><li>Neurosurgery </li><li>Cardiology </li><li>Laryngology </li><li>Orthopedics </li><li>Pulmonology </li><li>Urology </li><li>Positions available for both entry level and experienced clinical staff. </li></ul> <p>Opportunities for growth, learning and advancement including lead and supervisor roles.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Medical Assistant Requirements (Clinical Care Coordinator I): </li></ul> <p>Requires current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by:</p> <ul> <li>American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), </li><li>National Healthcare Association (NHA) </li><li>National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) </li></ul> <p>OR Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) by:</p> <ul> <li>American Medical Technologists (AMT) </li><li>Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) </li><li>National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP); OR a certified EMT. </li></ul> <p>Note: Experienced medical assistants with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience, and with a certification from a certifying agency not noted above, or without certification, agrees to register with one of the currently accepted agencies for MA Certification and schedule a test date within 6 months from date of hire.</p> <p>Test for certification may be beyond the six (6) month date.</p> <p>Certification must be received and presented to HR within 12 months of date of hire.</p> <ul> <li>LPN (Clinical Care Coordinator II): </li><li>Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program. </li><li>LPN License (FL) </li></ul> <p>Mandatory Education</p> <p>High School Diploma, GED or Certificate - Required for Medical Assistant.</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to provide proof of education (copy or photo of your diploma or GED, or transcrips showing date completed). </li><li>LPN Diploma/Degrees - we can accept copy or photo of the degree or will need copy of official transcripts showing graduation info. </li></ul> <p>Required License and Certs</p> <ul> <li>Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date (required for all clinical positions) </li><li>We accept BLS certifications from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. </li><li>Shifts are available Monday - Friday. </li><li>Day shift: 8AM - 5PM (start and end times may vary at each office). </li><li>8 hour shifts. </li><li>No weekend or Holidays. </li></ul> <p>Sarasota Memorial Health Care System Benefits of High-Quality Care:</p> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO) Start earning PTO on day one of employment </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Discounted medical, prescription, dental, vision plans both full and part time </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts (pre-tax dollars) </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Disability Insurance for those who quality (both short and long term) </li><li>Retirement savings Plan: 403b </li><li>Discounted Child care & Before and After school Program and Summer Camp!
