<p>Kforce's client, a global organization located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking a Manager of Accounts Receivable (AR) Reporting to lead AR reporting, analytics, and process optimization across a large, complex enterprise. This position can be fully remote or local with one day in the office or out of state.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team managing global AR reporting, unapplied cash analysis, and collections support </li><li>Deliver accurate AR dashboards, reconciliations, and reporting packages for leadership </li><li>Manage SOX controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies </li><li>Oversee escalations related to aged AR and unapplied cash </li><li>Support M&A reporting alignment, data validation, and testing </li><li>Partner with IT, and Shared Services to enhance reporting systems </li><li>Assist with internal/external audits and cross functional finance initiatives* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field </li><li>CPA or MBA </li><li>5+ years of AR, accounting, or financial analysis experience </li><li>1+years of people leadership experience </li><li>Proficiency with Alteryx is a must </li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets </li><li>Working knowledge of GAAP and SOX controls </li><li>Experience with Workday, JDE, or similar ERP systems </li><li>Strong leadership and decision making </li><li>Excellent communication and cross functional partnership skills </li><li>Professional and highly organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tool proficiency </li></ul>
