<p>Role: HubSpot Analyst</p> <p>Location: Sandy, UT (Hybrid)</p> <p>Reports To: Manager, Revenue Operations</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable HubSpot CRM Analyst to support our growing Sales, Revenue, and Enablement organization. This individual will play a key role in managing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, enabling better insights, and optimizing processes as the company evolves. </p> <p>The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Support, or related analytical roles. They are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, improving workflows, and providing actionable insights that help the business make informed decisions. </p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <p>CRM Management & Optimization </p> <ul> <li>Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM environment, ensuring fields, objects, and configurations support evolving business needs. </li><li>Audit and improve data accuracy, completeness, and operational consistency. </li><li>Troubleshoot CRM issues and implement solutions to improve system performance and user experience. </li><li>Manage user permissions, team structures, and CRM governance standards. </li></ul> <p>Reporting & Analytics </p> <ul> <li>Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for Sales, Leadership, Marketing, and Operations teams. </li><li>Analyze sales and operational data to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. </li><li>Support forecasting and pipeline analysis in collaboration with revenue teams. </li></ul> <p>Workflow & Process Improvements </p> <ul> <li>Evaluate existing workflows, automations, and processes within HubSpot; recommend enhancements based on changing organizational needs. </li><li>Create new workflows, sequences, and automation logic to streamline sales, customer success, and marketing operations. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to document, refine, and implement new processes. </li></ul> <p>Data Quality & Governance </p> <ul> <li>Identify data inconsistencies and design strategies to improve data hygiene and long-term governance. </li><li>Develop and maintain data validation rules, deduplication processes, and enrichment logic. - Educate internal stakeholders on CRM best practices. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration </li><li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support. </li><li>Assist in onboarding new users to HubSpot tools, dashboards, and reporting. - Act as a subject matter expert for HubSpot usage, data structures, and operational considerations. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>1-2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Sales Support, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role. </li><li>Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (other CRM experience considered with demonstrated ability to transition quickly). </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, transform, and interpret data. - Experience building reports and dashboards (HubSpot or BI tools). </li><li>Working knowledge of sales processes, CRM data structures, and operational workflows. </li><li> Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>HubSpot certifications (e.g., CRM Admin, Reporting, RevOps). </li><li>Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a high-growth environment. </li><li>Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.). - Understanding of lead routing, scoring, lifecycle management, and revenue funnel reporting. </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Pay:</p> <p>Location: United States</p> <p>Why 401GO?</p> <p>At 401GO, we're not just changing retirement-we're reinventing it.
