This role is critical in supporting healthcare operations and improving patient experiences.</p> <p>Shift: 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for hospital staff, providing timely and accurate assistance. </li><li>Respond to and resolve inquiries through our ticketing system with professionalism and urgency. </li><li>Troubleshoot login issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. </li><li>Guide staff through platform workflows, focusing on case management and patient scheduling best practices. </li><li>Assist with patient-related processes to ensure seamless coordination and support. </li><li>Communicate effectively using medical terminology and understanding hospital workflows, especially in Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Rooms. </li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues promptly. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in healthcare customer service, with a strong focus on patient scheduling and support. </li><li>Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital operations. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in call center operations and data entry. </li><li>Knowledge of healthcare troubleshooting, medical devices, and billing processes. </li><li>Customer-first mindset with attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and efficiency.
