<p>What you'll do at DBH:</p> <ul> <li>Perform general housekeeping duties </li><li>Maintain and clean assigned area </li><li>Fill in for custodial workers in their absence </li><li>Stock and order supplies </li><li>Move furniture and/or miscellaneous equipment </li><li>Participate in appropriate interventions </li><li>Maintain outside grounds </li></ul> <p>This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of 2 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours Monday - Friday 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30 pm. These positions are located within our Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare Hospital in Northfield, Ohio.</p> <p>Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.</p> <p>Additional Salary / Appointment Information:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Pay Increase of 3% July 2026.</p> </li><li> <p>Longevity supplement after 5 years of service.</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Qualifications:</p> <p>Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading & speaking common English vocabulary.
