<p>Summary of the Position:</p> <p>The receiving clerk is responsible for receiving inbound product, recording and controlling all receiving documents.</p> <p>Functions Of the Position:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for all receiving documentation and inbound load integrity including, but not limited to, documenting seals and following organic product receiving and storage procedures. </li><li>Ensures all employees are using proper documents. </li><li>Handles inbound appointments and makes follow-up calls as necessary including, transportation, vendors, purchasing and other internal customers. </li><li>Works closely with Inventory Control to ensure all receipts are correct and makes necessary adjustments. </li><li>Works on other projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Two years of warehouse operations experience. </li><li>Material handling equipment certification. </li><li>Good math skills required </li><li>Able to read, write, and speak English </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and prior Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience. </li><li>Able to lift and carry 50 pounds. </li></ul> <p>JBSS is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or status as a protected veteran.</p>
