The incumbent will analyze and summarize current and prospective trend financial characteristics, regulate risk exposure and controls by identifying areas of concern, opportunities, and reports on potential and/or known issues while recommending process improvements.</p> <p>Testing and Validation:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct thorough testing of the consumer lending processing system, including functional testing, non-functional testing, and acceptance testing. </li><li>Identify and document defects and issues encountered during testing. </li><li>Verify that the system meets the defined requirements and specifications. </li><li>Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing. </li></ul> <p>Problem Solving:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing. </li><li>Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of defects. </li></ul> <p>Documentation:</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain detailed test cases and documentation. </li><li>Document test results and findings in a clear and concise manner. </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement:</p> <ul> <li>Provide feedback to the development team to improve the quality of the system. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Computer Science, Accounting, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics or equivalent field. - Required. </li><li>Master's Degree Accounting, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics or equivalent field. - Preferred. </li><li>5+ Years Risk Management, Credit Risk, or Internal Audit - Required. </li><li>5+ Years Financial Services industry experience. - Required. </li><li>Experience in software testing or quality assurance roles. - Required </li><li>Experience with system implementation or deployment processes. - Required </li><li>Experience with Triad systems or similar systems. - Preferred </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies. </li><li>Experience with test case design and execution. </li><li>Familiarity with test management tools. </li><li>Experience with automation testing tools (preferred) </li><li>Experience in SQL and/or other data manipulation tools like SAS, Python or R </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Detail-oriented and organized. </li></ul> <p>Certifications:</p> <p>No Certifications listed for this job.</p> <p>It Would Be Nice For You To Have:</p> <p>Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.</p> <p>What Else You Need To Know:</p> <p>The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
