The incumbent will analyze and summarize current and prospective trend financial characteristics, regulate risk exposure and controls by identifying areas of concern, opportunities, and reports on potential and/or known issues while recommending process improvements.</p> <p>Testing and Validation:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct thorough testing of the consumer lending processing system, including functional testing, non-functional testing, and acceptance testing. </li><li>Identify and document defects and issues encountered during testing. </li><li>Verify that the system meets the defined requirements and specifications. </li><li>Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing. </li></ul> <p>Problem Solving:</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing. </li><li>Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of defects. </li></ul> <p>Documentation:</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain detailed test cases and documentation. </li><li>Document test results and findings in a clear and concise manner. </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement:</p> <ul> <li>Provide feedback to the development team to improve the quality of the system. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
