<p>Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking an Insurance Operations Coordinator. This position provides essential support for daily insurance administration processes, financial coordination, and proper accounting methodology.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with project management teams on procurement activities, including purchase order creation, requisition processing, and full procure-to-pay support </li><li>Track insurance-related costs and execute month-end accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting </li><li>Collaborate with accounting to ensure proper accounting methodology and compliance with company policy </li><li>Support master data creation and maintenance to ensure data accuracy across systems </li><li>Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management to prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements </li><li>Facilitate executive signature processes for required documentation </li><li>Maintain organized financial data and insurance tracking systems </li><li>Monitor and validate all insurance-related cost flows </li><li>Provide cost analysis and financial support to insurance providers* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed </li><li>Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus </li><li>Experience with SAP financial modules </li><li>Knowledge of month-end accrual processes </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams </li></ul>
