<p>Position Summary Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: 1515 Sligh Blvd, Orlando, FL <em>Fully Onsite</em> | Executive Office of Academic Partnerships and Corporate Nursing Administration Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Supports: Assistant Vice President of Academic Partnerships | Senior Director of Clinical and Operations Excellence Status: Full-Time, Exempt (Salary) Position Summary: Join Orlando Health's Corporate team! In this role, you will meticulously support the Academic Partnerships and Corporate Nursing Administration executive leadership by performing advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative duties such as: Manage and coordinate three (3) executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and anticipating needs. Prepare meeting spaces, ensure technology is functioning, and manage logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings. Filter and prioritize emails, calls, and requests to ensure timely responses and follow-ups. Support reporting needs using Excel and Power BI. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. Occasionally support off-site meetings and facility setups. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing shifting priorities, and is committed to ensuring seamless executive operations. Five (5) years of customer service, administrative, secretarial, or related experience. Executive Assistant experience in a healthcare setting, preferred. Skillset Required: Highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and/or database software, preferably Microsoft Office-based products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Passionate about supporting leaders and ensuring their success. Why Orlando Health?
