<p>Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist our HR department with a variety of tasks. This position is currently a full-time, limited-term (no benefits) for summer 2025. Hours are flexible and could continue to work during the fall semester.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Data entry </li><li>Preparing presentations and/or benefits tasks </li><li>Running reports </li><li>Proofing/ editing documents </li><li>Researching employment-related laws and regulations </li><li>Tracking training attendance </li><li>Creating surveys and compiling results </li></ul> <p>The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.</p> <p>The successful candidate must have completed at least four semesters (six preferred) of college-level coursework in human resources or a related field from an accredited college or university.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:</p> <ul> <li>Previous HR internship </li><li>MS Office software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li>HRIS software (Paylocity a plus) </li><li>Experience with data entry </li><li>Research skills </li><li>Writing/proofing skills </li></ul> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in HR to get in on the ground floor of a great company!
