<p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Pricing Management</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a member of the Pricing Committee, setting and executing pricing strategy </li><li>Gather and analyze appropriate metrics to measure performance of implemented products and/or impact to business operations. </li><li>Develop and support complex models, analysis, and reporting related to pricing and profitability </li><li>Conduct ad hoc research projects incorporating project design, data collection and analysis, summarization of findings, and presentation of results. </li><li>Assist in the development, implementation and rollout strategies for new and existing programs. </li><li>Prepare business plans and make recommendations as needed to ensure the ongoing success of implemented programs. </li><li>Present analyses to management in a clear, concise, convincing and actionable format. </li><li>Maintain the security and confidentiality of pertinent information. </li><li>Manage and coach all staff members assigned to the pricing department. </li></ul> <p>Department Management</p> <ul> <li>Conducts all recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating of department staff members. </li><li>Establishes and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's objectives and to support our financial reporting environment. </li><li>Continuously improves the department's function, including the development of staff by providing effective coaching and feedback as well as appropriate delegation to staff members; assists with administering annual reviews. </li></ul> <p>General/Administrative</p> <ul> <li>Supports the company vision and mission and demonstrates the corporate core values in all professional activities. </li><li>Complies with all OSHA safety requirements, work rules and regulations. </li><li>Compiles and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. </li><li>Follows systems and procedures outlined in company manuals. </li><li>Maintains departmental housekeeping standards. </li><li>All other duties as requested by management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Formal Education and Certification</p> <ul> <li>5 years of pricing management experience may be substituted for educational requirement </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5-7 years of pricing management experience </li><li>Knowledge of the building supply and millwork industry is highly preferable </li><li>Computer skills and proficiency </li></ul> <p>Personal Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills </li><li>Highly developed interpersonal skills, possessing an ability to work with a diverse population </li><li>Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team </li><li>Desire to serve </li></ul>
