You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our agency, and driving the success of our clients. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client relationships, understanding and advocating for their needs while continuously pushing boundaries with innovative solutions. </li><li>Collaborate across teams, ensuring seamless integration of strategy and business objectives to deliver exceptional results. </li><li>Drive development of media plan recommendations that comprise both tactical and high impact/custom activations to meet clients' goals </li><li>Lead and manage reporting analysis, inclusive of key insights/takeaways and optimization recommendations, based on campaign performance </li><li>Manage and nurture development of junior staff, guiding these individuals through the fundamentals of the planning process (inclusive of developing high level strategies, partner RFP/evaluation, negotiation, tactical plan development & execution, reporting & insights, optimization, billing, etc.) </li><li>Provide oversight on campaign performance reports and collaboratively share results across teams </li><li>Develop team member frameworks to ensure each are meeting milestones for continued growth while acting as a role model to the team </li><li>Contribute to new business efforts and thought leadership content </li><li>Collaboratively participate in Team Leadership Group meetings and work-sessions </li><li>Effectively manage projects and resources, to consistently meet internal and client timelines </li><li>Have the ability to dial in and orchestrate the details, while understanding big picture strategic needs </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>10+ years integrated media planning experience </li><li>Knowledge of 360 cross-functional media inclusive of Digital media (including Search, Social, Video, Content, Display), Print and TV/OTT, OOH, Audio </li><li>Proven ability to develop high level strategies that include implementation of new, innovative ideas that deliver results according to objectives from awareness to lead gen </li><li>Ability to analyze Digital activity and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across variety of tactics </li><li>Proven ability to build and nurture mutually respectful, highly strategic, and productive media publisher relationships </li><li>Team player with collaborative and consultative mindset willing to challenge the status quo </li><li>Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced work environment while appropriately managing timelines and prioritize deliverables </li><li>Previous experience on a financial services client strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.</p> <p>Compensation Range</p> <p>$140,000-$165,000 USD</p> <p>This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
