Description</p> <p>Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description</p> <p>Wage: DOE</p> <p>Shift: Full time, between the hours of 8am-6pm</p> <p>Benefits: Free Thanksgiving Point Membership for you and immediate family; medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurances; paid time off & holidays; 401(k); Employee Assistance Program; Financial Assistance Program; Thanksgiving Point venue discounts; and more!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Enter invoices into accounting software. </li><li>Pay invoices by check, online, and ACH. </li><li>Work with CFO on organizing contracts. </li><li>Input data into spreadsheets for miscellaneous events. </li><li>Reconcile vendor statements. </li><li>Work with vendors on invoice/payment issues. </li><li>Complete data entry with accuracy and efficiency </li><li>Work with internal departments on invoice issues. </li><li>Filing and other miscellaneous office duties. </li><li>Other duties assigned by manager. </li><li>Exemplify Thanksgiving Point Mission, Values and Policies. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>At least 1 year accounting schooling or related experience. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Strong understanding of Excel and Business Central (Dynamics 365) or similar software. </li><li>Physical requirements include: sitting for long periods of time, reading and typing in English, manipulate small objects. </li><li>Ability to meeting tight deadlines with professionalism and "can do" attitude. </li><li>Great people skills and great communication. </li><li>Must pass a background check. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years old. </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
