Job Summary</p> <p>We are looking for a service-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to manage hauler damage requests involving compactors and coordinate related insurance claims. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers reporting hauler-related damage, ensuring timely communication, resolution, and follow-through. You will work closely with internal teams, haulers, and insurance providers to deliver a seamless and responsive experience.</p> <p>We're committed to maintaining high standards of safety, accountability, and service. By managing hauler damage claims efficiently and professionally, you'll help protect our assets, recover costs, and contribute to operational excellence.</p> <p>II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the main customer contact for damage reports involving compactors due to hauler activity. </li><li>Receive, review, and respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to compactor damage in a timely, professional manner. </li><li>Guide customers through the claims process, setting clear expectations and providing regular updates. </li><li>Gather and review documentation including photos, incident reports, repair estimates and customer statements. </li><li>Coordinate with haulers and insurance companies to file, monitor and resolve damage claims. </li><li>Partner with internal field teams and technicians to assess damage and confirm repair timelines. </li><li>Ensure all customer-facing communication is clear, courteous, and aligned with company service standards. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, claim progress, and resolutions. </li><li>Escalate complex or sensitive cases as needed, ensuring timely and appropriate handling. </li><li>Support internal reporting and trend analysis related to hauler damages and claim outcomes. </li></ul> <p>III. Qualifications</p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.</p> <p>A. Education and Experience</p> <p>Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited) in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or similar area of study; or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 2 years of relevant work experience.</p> <p>Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience.</p> <p>B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements</p> <p>None required.</p> <p>C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required</p> <p>V. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
