We lead and steer the overall strategic direction for T&S alongside senior leadership. The Strategy Execution & Steering team - led by a direct report to this role - is responsible for driving the execution of our core T&S strategy, setting the strategic direction for T&S and related areas through the Annual Business Review process, and ensuring the successful transformation and implementation of our Forward '28 strategy.</p> <p>We are a high-energy, ambitious, good-vibe team in a collaborative environment that combines strong strategic thinking with a genuine sense of community. Your role as leader of leaders involves people management, establishing close cooperation with technology and services units like IT Infrastructure, Digital Solutions, Software Development, and Cybersecurity to ensure alignment between development and technology functions. You will also be working closely with the teams that deliver value towards T&S and align and cooperate with both Personal Customers, Business Customers and Large Corporates & Institutions areas and strategy functions, including Group Strategic Steering.</p> <p>You will provide servant leadership to other leaders, empowering your team and focusing on building trust and collaboration across stakeholders. You are comfortable setting direction in complex environments and working closely with senior stakeholders as a trusted strategic partner to align priorities, challenge decisions when needed, and ensure strategic objectives are converted into real, measurable results.
