This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences through structured routines, hands-on learning, and positive teacher-child relationships.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children </li><li>Support early communication and social-emotional development </li><li>Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers </li><li>Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment </li><li>Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones </li><li>Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership </li><li>Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required </li><li>Prior toddler classroom experience preferred </li><li>Strong classroom management and communication skills </li><li>Reliable and nurturing teaching approach </li><li>Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour</p> <p>This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
