<p>Position: Facilities Management Instructor (2)</p> <p>Start Date: 12/01/2026</p> <p>Schedule: Per the D.T.A. Collective Bargaining Agreement</p> <p>Job Summary: See Attached</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Five years of full-time employment experience directly related to building and property maintenance </li><li>An associate's degree may substitute for one of five years of required employment experience, provided that the degree includes subject matter related to the Technical Knowledge and Skills strand (Strand 2) of the Vocational Technical Education framework in Building and Property Maintenance * and/or in vocational education. </li><li>A bachelor's degree may substitute for two of five years of required employment experience, provided that the degree includes subject matter related to the Technical Knowledge and Skills strand (Strand 2) of the Vocational Technical Education Framework in Building and Property Maintenance*, and/or in vocational education. </li><li>Instruction will be in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's Vocational Technical Education Frameworks for Building and Property Maintenance. </li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license. </li></ul> <p>Funding Source: General Budget</p> <p>Job Description: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1B30HBPTUHPJqDU2dMUUyYhzobw-cVQRHenblfzJlrLM/edit?usp=sharing</p>
