<p>Responsibilitiesarrow_right</p> <ul> <li>Own the hourly recruiting process end-to-end, including phone screens, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding support. </li><li>Coordinate and schedule key employee events such as orientations, benefits enrollment, and exit processes. </li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive, energetic workplace culture. </li><li>Maintain accurate employee records by scanning, organizing, and updating documentation in HR systems. </li><li>Enter and update employee data in HRIS/ADP systems with strong attention to detail. </li><li>Act as a go-to resource for employees by handling onboarding check-ins and general HR questions. </li><li>Support recognition programs and workplace experience (badges, verifications, celebrations, milestones). </li></ul> <p>Qualificationsarrow_right</p> <ul> <li>0-2 years of administrative, customer service, or HR support experience (we'll teach you the HR side). </li><li>Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred - or equivalent experience. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>High attention to detail, especially with data entry and recordkeeping. </li><li>Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable style. </li><li>Customer-service mindset with the ability to work with a diverse workforce. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and quickly learn new systems (Microsoft Office required; HR systems a plus). </li></ul>
