<p>Temporary Position</p> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$31.00 To $34.00 Hourly</p> <p>Join NELLSON and Become Part of a Winning Team of Professionals!</p> <p>We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Business Support Analyst.</p> <p>Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of ERP Applications, the Business Support Analyst (BSA) plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within organizations that utilize JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This position focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring optimal system performance to support business objectives.</p> <p>INITIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Requirements Gathering and Analysis:</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements, upgrades, or new functionality within the JD Edwards system.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Improvement:</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions that leverage JDE capabilities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>User Training and Documentation:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.</p> </li><li> <p>Testing and Quality Assurance:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop test plans, execute system and integration testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations or system changes.</p> </li><li> <p>Data Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee data integrity, perform data analysis, and support data migration activities related to JDE modules.</p> </li><li> <p>Stakeholder Communication:</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a liaison between IT, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of JDE solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Support user acceptance testing and training activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor project progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Acquires and applies Business Analyst knowledge</p> </li></ul> <p>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>Strong understanding of business processes in areas of supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution. Distribution (Sales / Procurement) preferred. </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong documentation and training abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools is a plus. </li><li>Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms will be a plus. </li><li>Occasional travel may be required for project work, training, or collaboration with other offices. </li><li>Typically works in an office environment, with possible remote or hybrid arrangements. </li><li>Training will be provided for candidates selected for this position in the JDE software. </li></ul> <p>At Nellson, we invest in highly talented individuals and provide them with opportunities to continuously learn and grow to realize their full potential.
