Exercises independent judgment and discretion in work performed. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Complete all state and federal paperwork in a legal manner to protect the company assets </li><li>Sells financing opportunities to all customers including; service contracts, appearance protection, GAP insurance, and additional ancillary insurance products. </li><li>Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with finance sources including manufacturer finance companies. </li><li>Prepares and submits finance paperwork to obtain approval from the finance sources(s) on all finance deals. </li><li>Works closely with the sales personnel in scheduling the delivery of customer vehicles. </li><li>Ensures that all paperwork is complete and ready for processing. </li><li>Meets monthly department objectives. </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and Saturday's. </li><li>Communicates work accomplishments and activities to supervisor on a regular basis. </li><li>Attends weekly sales meetings </li></ul> <p>What we need from you:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma/GED; college degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred </li><li>Previous F & I dealership experience preferred </li><li>Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate with a diverse group of people </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Strong attention to details and ability to follow through </li><li>Must have ability to work well in a team-based environment </li></ul>
