<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Under direction of the ED/AVP of Operations/Adv Services, the Director of Advancement Systems and Analytics manages the Foundation CRM, technology and system security to ensure accuracy and utility of TGH Foundation's mission-critical data to maximize donor support and leverage fundraising activities. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values with Tampa General Hospital.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as TGH Foundation's primary resource of detailed knowledge and expert user of CRM, responding to requests and inquiries and providing information to internal and external stakeholders; maximize the database through effective management of donor information ensuring accuracy of information and data analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage database housekeeping procedures; proactively identify and assess new functionality to streamline processes; develop effective quality control measures such as cleaning and compacting the database; identify and merge duplicate records; remove or archive redundant data and correct data errors to ensure efficient operation of the system and quality of the data.</p> </li><li> <p>Create database reports and queries that will provide information as required by the development finance teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain existing custom reports in Crystal Reports, QlikSense, or other custom report-writing/data visualization software using RE data.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for the accuracy of all reports and queries generated from Raiser's Edge.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with Sr. Dir. Advancement Services -</p> </li><li> <p>Finance on advancement systems implementation and adoption of new functionality and upgrades</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain the structure of attributes, code tables, business rules and all other setup functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle global changes, importing, and other global database functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and maintain CRM policies and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Equivalent Fundraising CRM certification/experience</p> </li><li> <p>Certificate or equivalent experience in Data Analytics/Data Visualization</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and experience using fundraising CRM required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 4 years' experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>An equivalent combination of education and years of experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise with Raiser's Edge/RENXT essential - experience with other relational databases/CRM systems such as Salesforce, DonorPerfect, etc. Strong MS Office, especially Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and experience using custom-report software (ex. Crystal Reports, Access) and data visualization tools (ex. Tableau, QlikSense).</p> </li><li> <p>General knowledge of philanthropic accounting principles as it relates to the treatment of contribution revenue such as pledges and payments, gifts-in-kind, stocks, and planned gifts and endowments.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to translate "database speak" to a wide range of colleagues/audiences, ability to translate plainspoken requests into database coding.</p> </li></ul>
